As the months start cooling down again, it seems crazy to think that we are heading into the middle of the year! How do the seasons go by so fast? Autumn and winter are some of our favourite times of year. The mountains look spectacular all year round, but there’s just an extra bit of beauty in the winter time. Sun kissed, snow tipped and frosty!

Marisca & Jamie live in the North Island but wanted to get married somewhere that their husky dogs could enjoy the day with them! So, a domestic wedding and a road trip south was planned. Marisca is a very talented tattoo artist (lots of her talent here on her IG page) and Jamie is a rope access technician (think hanging off tall buildings in a harness!), so they’re a pretty interesting team. It was quite fitting then that they add a bit of adventure to their wedding too. That came in the form of an exciting helicopter trip into the mountains, just as the sun set.
