Kelly & Tim traveled from hot sunny Queensland in Australia, to cold wintery Queenstown for their beautiful intimate wedding.   They said their vows beside the old ruins in the stunning Thurlby Domain, in front of their cute wee son Nixon, and a few close family and friends.

The main reason they chose a winter wedding in New Zealand was to capture some beautiful photos in the snow, so it was important for them that we were able to fly to a nearby mountain top. Despite some low cloud earlier in the day,  just as we arrived at the helicopter hanger, the weather cleared, the sun came out, and we spotted the perfect place to land with the snow twinkling in the late afternoon light. It was a magical end to a very romantic wedding. Huge congratulations to this very sweet couple xx
